Responsive Web Design is a term most people have probably heard of but are unsure of what it means. With more and more people browsing the internet on mobile devices it is becoming even more important that your website is responsive.

So What is Response Web Design?

To put it simple, Responsive Web Design is when a website works well with screens of all sizes. This means whether you’re on a desktop computer or a mobile phone the websites works perfectly. The website may not have the exact same layout on different screen sizes however it should have the same or similar content. As an example we took screenshots of our responsive homepage on two different devices:

As you can see, the important content (the text and buttons) stays on both screens with the bigger screen also having an image. This is the perfect example of a response web page.

Why It’s Important to have A Responsive Website

Apart from looking better, responsive websites will also function better and be easier to navigate. This will help keep users on your website and generate more leads for your business.

Furthermore, having a responsive website will also get you help you with your website’s SEO. In fact, not having a responsive website could be one of the reasons your website isn’t ranking!
