The Problem…

The National Sports College faced several challenges with their marketing strategy. They often struggled to fully book their courses due to an outdated website that failed to convert prospects into students. Their existing website provided only basic course information and did not highlight their excellent reputation or incorporate the positive reviews they had received. Additionally, they had several marketing videos but no effective platform to showcase them. As a result, their overall marketing efforts were unsuccessful, and they were barely filling their courses. Today, they often have to turn people away due to the high demand.

Web Design

We began by addressing their website. Understanding that a high-traffic website is ineffective without proper conversion, we developed a fully custom site for NSC. The new website was designed not only to be informative but also to convert prospects into fully paying students.

To achieve this, we implemented several “weapons of mass conversion” including testimonials, videos, FAQs, and dynamic boxes showing available spots on courses. These elements helped establish NSC’s authority and created a sense of urgency. Additionally, we developed lead magnets to encourage user engagement.

With a solid website foundation, NSC was ready to expand their strategy and focus on building brand awareness.

SEO

Our first step in building awareness for NSC was implementing a robust SEO strategy. Given the competitive nature of the market, it was crucial to start SEO efforts immediately. We conducted extensive keyword research and competitor analysis to formulate a plan for ranking NSC at the top of Google search results.

Within 4-5 months, NSC was ranking for highly competitive keywords in their niche. Their full courses and specialized offerings like the “Career Progression Day” and “Sports Taping CPD” courses achieved top rankings. On average, NSC received 700-800 organic visitors per month through SEO efforts, which significantly boosted their visibility and lead generation.

Paid Ads

To complement the long-term SEO strategy, NSC also invested in paid advertising to drive immediate traffic to their website. We focused on Google Ads to generate quick results. Within a few weeks, their website traffic surged to around 1000 visitors per month from paid ads alone, demonstrating the effectiveness of this approach.

Video Production

NSC needed promotional videos for their courses, which we integrated into their paid advertising strategy. These videos successfully turned prospects into leads, with the owner, George, often receiving calls from interested candidates rather than having to make the first move. The engaging content effectively captivated viewers and drove conversions.
