About The Client:BlackCar.ieBlackCar.ie is Ireland’s premium chauffeur network, a nationwide collective of fully licensed, insured, and vetted chauffeur operators. Acting both as an organisation and a customer-facing platform, BlackCar.ie allows users to easily find professional drivers for executive travel, airport transfers, weddings, and private tours. Their unique model needed more than just a sleek website. They required a high-functioning web application capable of connecting users to vetted chauffeurs across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Their long-term goal is to build a trusted digital platform that delivers both credibility and ease of use. The site needed to look professional, function fast, and serve both customers and drivers.
Functional Web Design
BlackCar.ie’s project focused heavily on function without compromising on design. The standout feature was a robust chauffeur search engine, allowing users to filter and find service providers based on location, event type, or preferred vehicles. Each chauffeur profile includes key service details, license and insurance verification, photo galleries, and direct contact options. Though each profile contains rich information, the interface was simple. Built with scalability in mind, the system allows for continued growth and new member integration while remaining fast, clear, and mobile-friendly across all devices.
