BUILT FOR KITCHEN AND BATHROOM COMPANIESABOUT THIS CASE STUDY...
John’s been fitting kitchens for over 20 years. Based in North Dublin, he set up JFK Kitchens & Interiors in 2017, running it himself ever since.
His goal was simple. To bring in enough kitchen renovation work, consistently, so that he stayed busy and booked out weeks ahead, instead of wondering where the next job was coming from.
He’d tried to fix this before. He worked with a generalist marketing agency for 3–4 months and got no work from it. Not a single job.
So when we sat down with him, we didn’t pitch him on promises. We showed him exactly what we’d do, who we’d target, and how we’d track every lead back to a euro spent. That was enough for him to give it a shot.
In just 94 daysWe BROUGHT €104,600 in KITCHEN Work.
Between January 27th and May 1st, we ran Facebook ads built specifically around kitchen renovations.
We brought in people actually looking to renovate their kitchen, not just browsing. John picked up the phone, quoted the leads, and closed 6 of them. Some closed within weeks. A couple took longer to come through, but they all started with the same ad spend, in the same 94 days.
Roughly speaking, every €1 he put into ads brought back about €93 in booked work. We’re still working with him to this day.

LOOKING FOR PROOF?CHECK THE RECEIPTS:We'll go through our live system and show example on a video call.
It wasn't luck.It was a system.

Step 1: Research
We understood his business first. Before a single ad went live, we sat down and worked out who John's best customers actually are. From there, we studied what drives them to buy from a certain company? What do they care about? What drives them to take action and actually build their new kitchen?
This part is crucial to a successful ad campaign. If you don't know your customer well, you won't attract them.

Step 2: Design & Build Ads
We built ads that grab the right people. Once we knew who we were talking to, we built ads around real photos of John's work, real language his customers actually use, and a clear, specific offer — not stock photos and “quality service since 2017.” These weren't ads trying to impress everyone. They were built to stop the right person, someone who's actually thinking about a new kitchen..

Step 3: Launch + Systems
We launched our ads installed the systems that help us do the qualifying and chasing. Every enquiry gets followed up within minutes, automatically. Each lead is qualified on price range and timeline before it ever reaches John's phone, and the ones worth talking to get called and booked straight into his calendar. John's job became answering calls with people who were already a fit. Not chasing.

Bonus: Improving Credibility
We built John a brand new website with a kitchen cost estimator on his website. Since then, we've added one more layer, a simple tool on John's website where homeowners can get a rough price for their renovation themselves. It's new, but it's already helping filter out the people who are 6–12 months away from being ready, so John spends his time on the people who are ready now. It's not what generated the €104,600. It's what we've added to make the system even sharper.
So,Who would you work with?
I’m Charlie Martin, I run Ireland Online. I’ve been building websites since I was 13. Landed my first paying website and advertising clients at 16, got 601 points in my Leaving Cert, and skipped college to go all-in on Ireland Online full-time.
There’s no account managers, no junior hired to “handle” your account. I’m the one building the ads, setting up the systems, and on the other end of the phone if anything needs sorting.
John’s just one example of what our system does. Built properly, run properly, it works the same way for the next kitchen or bathroom company. That could be you.
THIS COULD BEYOU.
You don’t need to take our word for any of this. Fill in the form, and I’ll personally call you to see if it’s a fit for your business.
No pitch deck, no hard sell. just a proper conversation about where you’re at and whether this makes sense for you.
